In The Presence Of Giants

I just returned from a full 4 days surrounded by some of the brightest, wealthiest and most influential people on the planet. I was at a conference called Mega Partnering put on by JT Foxx and his Top 1 Coaching program. I’m a member of his coaching program, and if you don’t have a coach, you’re doing yourself a disservice!

The list of presenters at theis event included Rudy Giuliani, Nido Quebein, Stedman Graham, Jay Abraham, Raymond Aaron, James Malinchak, Ryan Deiss, Jeff Vacek, MaryEllen Tribby, Brad Smart, Phill Grove, Mike Warren, and many more. The opportunity to attend this event, and learn from the lifetime experiences of these highly successful individuals was something I wouldn’t pass up if you ever get the chance.

I’ve been to dozens of events, and for the most part multi-speaker events like this are pitch-fests. They’re just a steady parade of Gurus selling their books and tapes and courses from the stage. This event was different. None of the speakers were selling – they were all there to teach, guide and inspire. I certainly left there with 2 complete notepads full of notes, and more ideas to improve my business than I would have received reading 20 books. On top of that, I was able to network and connect with the other 550 entrepreneurs and like minded people who attended. I made some great connections and I’m sure I’ll be doing business with a few of the people I met in the near future.

If you get opportunities to be in the presence of giants don’t pass them up. You’re only one deal, one idea, one introduction away from changing your life forever.
